Do you accept returns?
Each collection has different return policies. Your confirmation email will state return policies. They are as follows:
Acorn: Items usually ship within a week. Email for RGA#. Returns subject to 10% re-stocking fee if package is unopened-20% if opened. Only items shipped within the past 15 days are eligible for returns.
Art In Stone: Items usually ship within 1 weeks. NO RETURNS-NO EXCHANGES.
Bucksnort: Items ship usually within 10 days-**Minimum order of 5 pieces** For returns- Emailfor RGA#. Returns subject to 50% re-stocking fee.
Elk Lighting: Items usually ship within 3 days via UPS. For returns Email
for RGA#. Returns subject to 25% re-stocking fee. Please returns within 14 days.
Glace Yar: Items are custom made usually ships in 2-3 weeks. NO RETURNS-NO EXCHANGES. Email with any questions prior to ordering.
Hafele: Items typically ship same day via FedEx. Email for RGA#. Returns subject to a Restock Charge of $20 or 20%, whichever is higher, will apply. Only items shipped within the past 30 days are eligible for return.
Notting Hill:

subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Items ship usually
within 1-4 weeks.
Sietto: Items ship in 2-3 weeks. All pieces custom made-NO RETURNS.
Does hardware come with screws?
All items come with
necessary mounting hardware.
